To recognize an Oklahoma DECA chapter who has made significant contributions in their community.


Registered members and advisor(s) in good standing with DECA. To be eligible for the Service Award the nominator must submit the following information about the nominee:

  1. Nomination form (below)
  2. Summary of nominee’s service to their community as an Oklahoma DECA chapter
  3. Three letters of support for the nominee
    – One letter must be from the member’s local chapter advisor, the Second letter must be from an administrator, and the Third letter must be from someone directly involved with the community service performed by the nominee
  4. Photo(s) of the community service project and chapter (optional)

All nominations must be submitted on the official nomination form. Nominations must be submitted by a current active member or advisor. Nominations due January 13th. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
