FIND YOUR VOICE, AMPLIFY YOUR STRENGTH

In a year full of changes and uncertainty, it might be easy to question how to be an effective leader. This year’s Fall Leadership Conference theme is all about finding your personal leadership voice and using that to amplify your strengths as a leader, role model, local DECA member. Those who attend will have the opportunity to take a  personality style test that will tell them what kind of leadership voice they possess. The workshops at FLC are all designed to help you learn about your individual leadership voice, including your strengths and weaknesses. You will learn how to best work with other leadership voices, how to utilize all of the voices, and how to lead to the best of your abilities. The best part? You get to do this all with the Oklahoma DECA family!
