Fall Leadership Conference 2021
After a year of distance and uncertainty this year’s Fall Leadership Conference is set to provide attendees with a noteworthy experience. Oklahoma DECA will strive to give members the tools they need to have a noteworthy year inside and outside of their CTSO experience.

Whether you are a new member looking to add purpose to your team or a returning DECA expert who wants to unlock their fullest potential – this FLC experience will help you achieve those goals.

October 17th – Set Up Day
5:30 – 6:30 PM
Early Bird Check In – Get a head start on conference by picking up your registration materials early. This is a great option for those advisors staying overnight in Norman.
October 18th – FLC Day
7:00 – 8:00 AM
Check In & Registration Packet Pick Up – pick up conference materials, browse the FLC store, and network prior to the workshops beginning.
8:15 – 9:00 AM
Leadership Session 1 – A list of workshops will be released prior to conference.
9:05 – 9:50 AM
Leadership Session 2 – A list of workshops will be released prior to conference.
Pin Voting CLOSES – Vote for the pin you think best represents Oklahoma DECA!
10:00 – 11:20 AM
General Session, Keynote, & Awards – Get ready to officially meet your state executive council, hear about the afternoon sessions, and learn about life and leadership from Juan Bendaña (bio in the column to the right).
11:30 – 12:00 PM
Officer Workshops & Advisor Updates – A list of workshops will be released prior to conference.
12:00 – 1:30 PM
Lunch – Concession stand available at conference center and restaurants in the area – plan ahead to make the most of this time!
1:30 – 2:30 PM
Leadership & Community Service – We will have several onsite, hands on community service options and leadership activities available. You can participate individually or as a chapter. Bonus – you can add this to your resume for scholarships!

When and where is FLC?
FLC will be in Norman, OK at the Embassy Suites on October 18, 2021.
Who Can Attend?
Any active DECA member that has registered and paid membership dues to DECA, Inc.
OR – any non-member student interested in joining their local DECA chapter.
$35 per Member / Advisor which includes:
- Leadership Workshops & Recordings
- T-Shirt (some sizes may cost extra)
- Conference Program and other printed materials
- FLC Bucks for use at concession stand

The general session will be a joint session between Oklahoma DECA and Oklahoma BPA. This session will include a dynamic keynote presentation and pertinent conference information, Chain of Love awards (BPA Service Project), Miracle Minute for MDA, and pin design winners.
Lunch & Breaks
There will be several built in breaks and lunch throughout the day.
Conference materials will be located here as they are ready. This will include things like links to promo videos, the conference promo…etc.
