Bio:  This future marketing advertiser and talk show host has a goal to spread love throughout the year to everyone in DECA through having more fun, spreading encouragement/spotlights, and interacting with as many members and advisors as humanly possible.  LaBraia recalls her most memorable event being when she attended ICDC in Orlando and got to see the Disney World fireworks show. She strives to be a loving and ambitious leader and calls Granger, Indiana her hometown. When LaBraia manages to find some time for herself she loves to rap, dance, FaceTime with friends, and take drives while blasting “vibey” music.

What is unique about LaBraia? She can perform the entire McDonalds rap.


Duties: It shall be the duty of the President to preside over all Executive Council meetings; to make all necessary committee appointments, including the designation of each committee chairperson; develop a program of work for the term in office; and to be available, as necessary, in promoting the general welfare of DECA.

 

Mackenzie Bolino

Bio:  With a goal to connect with OK DECA members and implement more community service projects, this future business professor is active in her local DECA chapter in Norman.  Mackenzie recalls her most memorable event as competing at ICDC in Orlando, and strives to be a hardworking and trustworthy. When Mackenzie finds free time she enjoys participating in speech/debate, science Olympiad, and playing the piano.

What is unique about Mackenzie? She enjoys filming and editing videos.


Duties: It shall be the duty of the elected Vice President of Leadership to practice the “Emerging Leaders” element of the DECA Mission, including all non-competitive event career and leadership activities; and to be available, as necessary, in promoting the general welfare of DECA.

Grace Qi

Bio:  With a goal to help improve Oklahoma DECA and bring us to a higher international presence through increased membership and competition, this future professor campaigned for state office. Grace recalls her most memorable event being when she went to Disney World with her chapter at ICDC 2019, and strives to be a ambitious and dependable leader. Hailing from Norman, Oklahoma, Grace spends her free time video editing, baking, and playing video games.

What is unique about Grace? She loves cute stationary – so much so that several pieces of her furniture are covered in stickers she has collected.


Duties: It shall be the duty of the elected Vice President of Career Development to practice the “Careers” element of the DECA Mission, including chapter participation preparation and performance in Competitive Events; and to be available, as necessary, in promoting the general welfare of DECA.

Bio:  With a goal to meet as many OK DECA members as possible, this future political campaign marketing manager ran to represent Oklahoma DECA at a state level.  Katie strives to be an outgoing and energetic leader, and when she can find some free time she enjoys drawing and baking.

What is unique about Katie? She is extremely social and can start a conversation with anyone even if she just met them.


Duties: It shall be the duty of the elected Vice President of Marketing to practice the “Marketing” element of the DECA Mission, including initial member recruitment, branding and promotions; and to be available, as necessary, in promoting the general welfare of DECA.

Bio:  With a goal to always make Oklahoma DECA members feel welcome and love, this future cosmetic dermatologist joined her local DECA chapter.  Ashana recalls her most memorable event being when she attended ICDC in Florida, and strives to be a generous and hardworking leader. When this senior from Ponca City finds some free time she enjoys traveling and bike riding.

What is unique about Ashana? She will ranch with literally everything and she loves to travel outside of the country.


Duties: It shall be the duty of the elected Vice President of Hospitality to practice the “Hospitality” element of the DECA Mission, including connecting members to a welcome, value-filled and fund educational experience; and to be available, as necessary, in promoting the general welfare of DECA.

Bio:  With a goal to develop relationships with members to empower them to be more involved in DECA, this future attorney ran for Council 78.  Daisy recalls her most memorable event as traveling to Washington DC to learn about DECA competition with her chapter, and strives to be a motivated and friendly leader. When this senior from Oklahoma City finds some free time she enjoys baking and DIY craft projects.

What is unique about Daisy? She has her own business similar to edible arrangements.


Duties: It shall be the duty of the elected Vice President of Finance to Practices the “Finance” element of the DECA Mission. Responsible for chapter budgeting, accounting and fund development efforts.
