I would like to highlight DECA Jenks! DECA Jenks is a committed chapter who has been very active this year despite the circumstances. Jenks is a beautiful example of how to overcome obstacles and hurdles this year as they continue to progress and grow as a Oklahoma DECA chapter. I want to shout at the officer team at Jenks as they have done an outstanding job with social media, events, and interaction with their members. This year the 2020 – 2021 President is Izzy Pankey. She has been leading her officer team to success as she leads through one of the hardest years yet. Their officer team consists of 10 officers. Let us give a round of applause to the following students for their hard work all year long (Izzy Pankey , Haylie Porter, Cade Billey, Rajdeep Kaur, Dana Medley, Katie Lam, Elise Burmeister, Garrett Kennedy, Evan Morse, and Olivia Parkey). It has not gone unnoticed and Oklahoma DECA is so very proud of you. Jenks has countinted to find a new way to host chapter meetings virtual for members to still interact through the year. They have also had DECa Tshirt days and made posters around their school to share the word of DECA. On behalf of Oklahoma DECA, I would like to say to you DECA Jenks keep up the great work!
